DELIVERY SCHEDULE. All orders are normally despatched on day of receipt if received before 11am (Email timestamp), subject to availablility. We use Parcel Force & DHL services, but can send any order using a priority service at extra cost. We can advise on the most economical service available, or you are welcome to send your own courier.
PRICES AND DETAILS
Royal mail:
£2.50 for small items such as duvet covers, collars, leads etc
£4.50 For Igloos, small throws, pads
These normally take 2 - 5 days to arrive and are not tracked or insured , however we are
not responsible for delays caused by the post office.If after ten days they
have not arrived follow instructions for undelivered items section below.
Parcel2go (DHL)
£6.10 for any item under 120cm X 120cm X 120 cm. Examples: Doggy duvet and cover. large vet bed, Large throw.
This is a 48 hour tracked service with insurance
Highlands and Island, northern ireland have a £10 surcharge on this service. See www.parcel2go.com for details/postcodes covered
Parcel Force:
£8.50 - £9.50 This is for any item larger than above and goes by weight.
£12.50 for orders of two items, roll of vet bed, snug nest or a bean bag .
this is a 48 hr trackable service
£14.50 for 24 hr emergency service
If you have bought a PARCELFORCE delivery item it is normally
sent out after payment has cleared.You will recieve
a notification of pick up and a tracking number by email.
these take between 1-3 working days (depending on service and delivery area).If
not recieved after this time follow instructions below.
Undelivered items:
Royal Mail Parcels :
These can take 3-5 days however delays can occur. If undelivered after 7 Days
,it is often that the item is being held at the local sorting office for
some reason (too large for letterbox and no-one in etc..)they are meant to
leave a slip to say a delivery was not possible but this does not always
happen.
After 7 days please contact your local sorting office to check if it is there,if
not contact us and we will help you make a claim from the post office.
Courier Deliveries PARCELFORCE:
If after 3 working days (not weekends or Bank Holidays) you
have not recieved your item, check you email for a tracking number or contact
us for a tracking number so that you may track your item online and re-arrange
delivery.

BACK ORDERS. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an alternative choice or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
HIGHLAND, IRELAND & HEBRIDES.
Please note that there is an extra charge for delivery to these destinations. If your postcode comes under these headings please add a further £10 to the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If in doubt, you can check your postcode at www.parcel2go.com
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please note our shopping cart only charges shipping for deliveries within the UK. All orders overseas including Eire have to be priced manually for the shipping cost, and you will receive an email informing you of the cost and the option to proceed or cancel the order. For large or trade orders overseas, we advise you to find a suitable shipping handler who will collect from us. |
