DELIVERY SCHEDULE. All orders are normally despatched within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment.
PRICES AND DETAILS
We send out goods on a 24hr delivery service but all
orders will be processed in strict rotation and there
can be delays at busy times.
Delivery unless
otherwise stated: up to 250g £2.95, 500g £3.95,
750g £4.95 all sent 2nd class; 1kg – 5kg £7.50,
6kg-10kg £9.50, 9kg - 30kg £12.50 (to most UK
addresses) sent on 24hr delivery service, but this is
not a guaranted service;
Extra £6 postage to above prices for Highlands,
islands, off-shore, sent on a 2-day service postcodes
for these areas are: FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28,
IV33-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA21-33, PA34-49,
PA60-78, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3
Northern Ireland add extra £10.00 to above postage

If you have bought a PARCELFORCE delivery item a notification of pick up and a tracking number will be sent by email.
these take between 1-3 working days (depending on service and delivery area).If
not recieved after this time follow instructions below.
Undelivered items:
Royal Mail Parcels :
These can take 3-5 days however delays can occur. If undelivered after 7 Days
,it is often that the item is being held at the local sorting office for
some reason (too large for letterbox and no-one in etc..)they are meant to
leave a slip to say a delivery was not possible but this does not always
happen.
After 7 days please contact your local sorting office to check if it is there,if
not contact us and we will help you make a claim from the post office.
Courier Deliveries PARCELFORCE:
If after 3 working days (not weekends or Bank Holidays) you
have not recieved your item, check you email for a tracking number or contact
us for a tracking number so that you may track your item online and re-arrange
delivery.
We use Parcelforce and their website is at http://www.parcelforce.com

BACK ORDERS. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an alternative choice or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please note our shopping cart only charges shipping for deliveries within the UK. All orders overseas including Eire have to be priced manually for the shipping cost, and you will receive an email informing you of the cost and the option to proceed or cancel the order. For large or trade orders overseas, we advise you to find a suitable shipping handler who will collect from us.
RETURNS
If you wish to return your item you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. It must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging and at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) within 30 days. Please e mail, BEFORE you return any products.
If you receive an item damaged in transit then we will replace that item at no cost to you and pay return postage on the damaged item. |
